Most orders are prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

• Processing vs. Transit: Please note that processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Preparation may occasionally take longer during holidays, major promotional events, periods of unusually high order volume, inventory checks, or other exceptional circumstances.

Certain table lamps and night lights with delicate glass components, sculptural elements, or special electronic features may also require additional protective packaging preparation before leaving our fulfillment facility.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking details when tracking is available.

Larger table lamps, multi-item lighting sets, or products requiring special reinforced packaging may have different shipping requirements depending on the destination.

Tracking Your Shipment

When tracking is available, we will send a shipping confirmation containing a tracking number or tracking link to the email address entered during checkout.

Tracking information may not become active immediately after a shipping label is generated. Please allow some time for the carrier's system to register the shipment.

Depending on the shipping provider and destination, tracking may only update when the package reaches certain processing, transit, customs, or delivery checkpoints.

Products Damaged During Transit

Lighting products and electrical items can be vulnerable to impact during transit, particularly designs with glass components, sculptural elements, or internal circuitry.

If your AULRET product arrives cracked, broken, scratched, or failing to turn on due to shipping damage, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

To help our team assess the issue, please provide:

1. Your Order Number

2. Clear photographs of the affected product

3. Photographs of the internal protective packaging

4. Photographs of the outer shipping package

5. A photograph of the shipping label

6. A short video demonstrating the physical damage or power/lighting issue

Please keep both the affected item and its original packaging until our customer support team has reviewed your request. Subject to the circumstances and applicable store policies, an available resolution may include a replacement, refund, or another appropriate remedy.

Lost or Unusually Delayed Shipments

If tracking indicates an unusual delay or you cannot determine the location of your package, contact our customer support team.

We can review the available carrier information and, where appropriate, assist with a carrier enquiry or other available resolution process. The time required for an investigation depends on the carrier's standard operating procedures.

Packages Showing as Delivered

If carrier tracking indicates that your package was delivered but you cannot find it, we recommend checking:

Split Shipments

Occasionally, items purchased together may be sent in separate packages due to:

For example, a table lamp from the Modern Ritual Collection and a night light from the Dreamy Sweet Light Collection may be fulfilled separately if stored at different logistics facilities.

When an order is divided into multiple shipments, individual packages will have separate tracking numbers and may arrive on different dates. You will not incur an additional shipping fee solely because AULRET chooses to divide an order into multiple shipments.

Unpacking & Setting Up Your Lamp

Table lamps and night lights should be unpacked with care. When receiving your AULRET order, we recommend:

• Opening the shipping package carefully on a flat, stable surface.

• Keeping sharp tools (knives, scissors) away from internal wires and delicate lamp surfaces.

• Removing protective foam and wrap gradually.

• Supporting the lamp by its main body or heavy base while lifting it out of the box (avoid pulling by the shade, delicate sculpted parts, or power cord).

• Checking for included accessories such as USB charging cables, power adaptors, or user manuals before discarding packaging.

• Inspecting and testing the light control, touch sensor, or switch before disposing of the packaging.
